The 84-inch-inch power rake prepares seedbeds, collects surface rocks, and levels disturbed soil on Canadian landscaping and grading projects. Erskine attachments are available through Canadian equipment dealers and distributors. Adjustable depth control and a collection tray let the operator fine-tune the finish grade. - Inspect rotor teeth after each use — chipped or missing carbide dramatically reduces grading quality and throws the rotor off balance
- Grease rotor shaft bearing housings at each end after every 8 hours of use — most premature bearing failures trace back to insufficient lubrication intervals
- Clean packed soil from rotor teeth and the housing after every job — built-up soil throws the rotor out of balance and restricts rotation
- Replace worn teeth in matched sets — mixing old and new teeth across the rotor causes uneven cutting and vibration that stresses the drive
